đ Delivery times and shipping methods
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), after validation of payment.
- Metropolitan France: 3 to 6 working days
- European Union (EU): 4 to 8 working days
- International (non-EU): 5 to 15 working days

- Free standard delivery in mainland France.
- Express delivery option (24h) at âŹ4.90 in mainland France.
- For other destinations, costs depend on weight, country and carrier.

đ Parcel tracking
An e-mail with your tracking number and carrier will be sent to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

âł Delivery delays
Delays may occur (peak periods, IT problems, etc.).
- If the last update is less than 24 hours old, please wait.
- If it is more than 48 hours old, please contact the carrier:

đ Delivery address
Please check that your address is complete and correct. In the event of an error, Blackview.co.uk cannot be held responsible for the loss or return of the parcel.
â Order cancellation after shipment
Two options:
- Refuse the parcel on delivery â automatic return â refund on receipt.
- Accept delivery, then exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days.
Conditions:
- Product in its original packaging, complete and unused
- Return postage at your expense (except in the event of an error on our part)
- Refunds within 7 to 14 days of return
đŠ Delivery impossible / return to sender
In the event of delivery failure (incorrect address, repeated absences, etc.) :
- The package is returned to our warehouse
- You can request a return shipment (at your expense) or a refund (excluding shipping costs).
đ Damaged or incomplete parcel
On receipt :
- Inspect in front of the deliveryman or relay point
- Express clear reservations (e.g. "wet parcel")
- Taking photos (before and after opening)
- Refuse the parcel if the condition is unacceptable
- Contact our support team within 48 hours: here
Please note: Vague reservations ("subject to unpacking") are legally invalid.
In the event of an empty parcel or missing item, an investigation will be opened within 7 to 15 days. Proof of delivery will be requested.
đŹ Parcel "delivered" but not received
If your package is marked as delivered, but not received :
- Check mailboxes, neighbors, parcel delivery areas
- See follow-up link for signature/photo
- If not found, contact our support via this form
A certificate of non-receipt will be required. Any false declaration constitutes an offence (article 313-1 of the Penal Code - fraud).
An investigation is opened (10-15 working days). If valid proof of delivery, no refund possible. If not, a replacement or refund may be considered.
