  • Applicable after the manufacturer's warranty has expired

2. Breakage

  • Accidental and unforeseeable damage (dropping, impact, broken screen, etc.)

3. Robbery

  • Robbery
  • Burglary
  • Pickpocketing or snatch theft
  • Theft by clandestine entry

👉 A complaint must be filed for any theft report.

👤 Access your customer account

After your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • a personal link to access your Estaly customer area
  • all your contractual documents, namely:

    the Insurance Product Information Document (IPID)
    the Information Notice (General Terms and Conditions)
    your Membership Bulletin/Certificate

To log in:

  1. Open the Estaly confirmation email
  2. Click on the link “Create my account.”
  3. You will be taken directly to your secure area.

No additional account creation is necessary.

🚨 Report a claim (breakage, breakdown, or theft)

Claims can be filed 100% online in just a few minutes.

Steps for reporting a claim

  1. Log in to your Estaly customer account
  2. Click on “Report a claim”
  3. Select the relevant contract
  4. Fill out the online form
  5. Attach the requested documents:

    Phone purchase invoice
    Photos of the damage (breakage)
    Complaint form (theft)

📩 A confirmation will be sent to you by email after validation.

⏱️ Response time: within 24 business hours after receiving a file.

🔄 Disaster monitoring

From your customer account, you can:

  • Track the progress of your application
  • Chat with the Estaly team via Chat.
  • Be informed of the decision.

❌ Cancel your contract

Right of withdrawal – 30 days

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription, provided that no claims have been made.

➡️ The contribution is then refunded in full.

Cancellation in case of order cancellation

If the purchase of the phone is canceled, the insurance is also canceled, at no cost.
